
Defective Discs/Software
Defective discs will be replaced with same item only. Singer’s Choice will refund the cost of getting the defective discs back to us (Maximum $5.00 credit).
Singer’s Choice recommends using a traceable shipping method to return your product as we cannot be responsible for the package until it has been returned to us.
Unopened Discs/Software
May be returned within 14 days of purchase date for store credit only. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened product.

Due to copyright laws, we are unable to accept return or refund opened product.
Non-Defective Hardware
May be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. The original shipping fee to get the product to you is also non-refundable.

Defective Hardware
May be returned for exchange only within 14 days of purchase date. Singer’s Choice will cover the cost to ship the identical replacement to you only after the defective item has been received by us and determined defective. Customer is responsible for getting the defective item to us.

If your purchase is beyond the 14 day coverage period for defective hardware, please contact the manufacturer. We can assist you in getting in contact with the manufacturer for service work if needed. Singer’s Choice is not responsible for any fees related to shipping costs, repairs, exchanges or refunds.
